Practice expectation of registrar
We are keen to support training and have aims to impart our GP skills & ethos to the next generation. We are looking to the future and have long term positions for willing registrars. Our traditionally structured practice has options for associateship or salaried practitioners. (There's nothing quite like being your own boss). We hope applicants would like to work 9 sessions per week with a share (however small it is) of on call.
Practice ethos/philosophy
The core of our Practice is patient care. We offer personalised service and availability not glossed up in the artifice of generic care. We support individual practice princi;es in our doctors within a nurturing group practice.
